Yes. Every digital e-invite comes with a guest RSVP page and live tracking in your account.

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net-banking and wallets — all secured through Razorpay. You can also use express UPI checkout from the cart.

Yes, until you approve your proof. Open the order and choose “Edit details” or reply to your proof with changes.

Yes — tick “I need a GST invoice” at checkout and add your GSTIN. A billing address is required for GST invoices.

Printed cards dispatch only after you approve the proof. Printed cards are made once you approve the proof. We confirm your production and delivery dates on WhatsApp before printing — tell us your event date and we will say honestly whether we can meet it.

Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will tell you exactly where it is. Online tracking inside your account is not available yet.

Personalized and digital products are generally non-returnable. However, we reprint free of charge for any printing defect or transit damage — just message us within 48 hours of delivery.

Approved refunds are issued to your original Razorpay payment method within 5–7 working days.
