How and when your printed invitations are produced, dispatched and delivered across India.
Printed cards go into production and are dispatched only after you approve your free design proof, so nothing is printed until it is exactly right.
Production begins once you approve the proof. We confirm the exact production and delivery dates with you on WhatsApp before printing, based on your quantity and destination — tell us your event date and we will tell you honestly whether we can meet it.
Shipping is quoted with your order confirmation, based on the quantity and your delivery pincode. Ask us on WhatsApp for an estimate before you order and we will confirm it in writing.
Digital e-invites involve no physical shipment. Access is provisioned immediately on successful payment, and in all cases within 24 hours, to your registered email and account.
We deliver across India. Remote or non-serviceable pincodes may take longer; we will contact you if there is any issue with your address.
Printed orders go out by courier. We send you the dispatch details on WhatsApp as soon as your parcel leaves us — online tracking inside your account is not available yet.
Festive rushes, weather and other events beyond our control may occasionally cause delays. We will always keep you informed if your order is affected.
