Placing an order with Inkpix Private Limited (operating as Cards for Knots) confirms your agreement to the following terms.
1Payment
- A 50% non-refundable advance is required to confirm your order and begin the design process.
- The remaining 50% balance must be settled in full before your invitations are dispatched.
- Dispatch will be held until final payment clears; we are not responsible for delivery delays caused by late payment.
2Design & approval process
- A digital draft will be shared for your review within 2–3 working days (timelines for custom designs may vary).
- For a smooth process, please review the draft and share all corrections together in one go. Our team will note your requested changes for final confirmation.
Final approval is final. You are responsible for proofreading the last draft thoroughly. Cards for Knots is not liable for errors (spelling, dates, venue details) found after approval has been given.
3Printing & quality
- A slight 10–15% colour variation between the digital proof and the final printed cards is normal, and a natural part of bulk printing.
- 2–5% wastage is unavoidable during production (for example, 2–5 cards in a 100-card order). We recommend ordering a few extra cards as a safeguard.
4Delivery
- Printing takes about 2–4 working days after your final approval.
- Full custom invitation designs need more time: please allow 1–2 weeks from approval to delivery.
- Delivery within Tamil Nadu takes an additional 2–4 working days.
- A faster, same-day bus delivery is available from Tirupattur District; extra charges apply.
- Special finishes such as gold foiling, spot UV or wax seals need extra production time, so please allow additional days for delivery.
5Design & file policy
- Digital drafts are provided for proofreading only. To protect our original designs, high-resolution source files (PDF/JPEG) are not shared. Your final deliverable is the printed invitation from Cards for Knots.
6Liability
- Our liability for a printing error caused by us (an error not present on your approved proof) is limited to reprinting the order or issuing a refund.
- Inkpix Private Limited is not liable for any consequential damages or losses resulting from errors present on a client-approved proof.
7Cancellation
- The 50% advance is non-refundable on cancellation, as it covers design work and administrative costs already incurred.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once the final design has been sent for printing; the full balance becomes due.
